Swami Dayanand at Arunachala Yoga Centre in Palolem, is offering drop in classes and teacher training in Palolem every year. His centre in now locaded in the Laghing Buddah at the beah. Palolem Beach is a real beautiful beach in the south of Goa. Swami Dayanand gives classes in Kundalini Yoga, and really all kinds of Yoga, with Asana and Pranayama. In class you will  learn Yoga Nidra, Kriyas, and Cleansing (full detox). He will also offer you conversations with the master, reiki courses and astrology readings.
